We have an experienced staff of master jewelers that specialize in everything from simple repairs to complete restorations. Our staff can assist in all aspects of jewelry care, including cleaning gemstones, restringing pearls, sizing of rings, and repairing clasps and earring backs. All repairs come with a complementary jewelry cleaning, inspection and polishing as well. Commonly Asked Questions: How long will it take to get my jewelry repaired? Work load and complexity of the repair could impact the time a repair takes to be completed. Repairs could take up to two weeks to be completed, but we usually have them finished before the two week mark. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, we can usually accommodate your request-- after all, we're here to serve you! Does my jewelry stay in the store? All jewelry repairs are done in house in our state of the art jewelry repair studio unless it's a complex watch repair.
