Glashutte Original Vintage
The 42mm stainless steel domed cases of the Sixties Chronograph models have the classic milled markers and printed scales. Both watches are equipped with hour and minute functions, chronograph with stop-second, small second and 30 minute counter.
The Glashütte Original Vintage collection pays homage to their watches of the 1960s and 1970s- two decades that changed the horology world forever. These highly sought-after, limited edition models of the sixties and seventies are iconic pieces within the Glashutte Original brand, and designs that watch connoisseurs everywhere want as a part of their collection. In addition to the limited edition watches, Glashutte Original has a wide variety of watches that pay tribute to the Sixties and Seventies including the Sixties Chronograph collection, Sixties Panorama Date collection, and the Sixties collection.
Available in rose gold or stainless steel with white, black or blue dial options, the Sixties Panorama Date watches have the classic retro design of the Vintage collection with the added date functionality at 6 o'clock on the dial.
The most sleek and simple models within the Vintage collection, the Sixties models are 39mm cases available in either stainless steel or rose gold variations.
Easily recognizable with its 40mm squared stainless steel case design, the Glashutte Original limited edition Seventies Chronograph Panorama Date watches come available in a matte lacquered "fab green" and PVD coated blue. Both dial colors feature indicies applied with Super-LumiNova, and a panorama date function at 6 o'clock on the dial. The two models- 1-37-02-08-02-61 and 1-37-02-09-02-63- are equipped with hour and minute functions, stop second chronograph, small second, 30 minute counter, 12 hours counter, panorama date, power reserve display and flyback. They are available on a variety of strap options including brown calfskin, alligator leather, black rubber and stainless steel bracelet.
The most recent limited editions from the sixties chronograph annual edition were the 42mm stainless steel varnish glacier blue model and the varnish green-black model. Both watches are equipped with hour and minute functions, chronograph with stop-second, small second and 30 minute counter. Powered by the calibre 39-34 Glashutte Original manufactory automatic movement, they hold a 40 hour power reserve. The 2021 green-black dial release with its degrade effect was a tribute to the trendsetters of the swinging sixties with its cool retro dial. As of today, the limited edition 2021 green-black model is out of stock, but check with our experts to find out about acquiring a pre-owned piece.
